![]() ![]() Jeffrey Layto the front office assistant, I asked who is there manager and can I talk to them. I paid until the last day, but just a small bottle of water they couldn't provide their guest. Our last day today and I asked for a bottle of water but to my surprise even if still morning and our check out was 12noon, they cannot provide a water bottle anymore. The receptionist told me "ah mam because they are eating fast that's why it's already finished." Every other day they said they are changing the bed sheets and blanket but the blanket was still the same, as I know because there were marks at the same location of the sheets. Breakfast was included in our reservation, and if you arrived at "8am sharp " the bread is always finished and they were not replenishing it, even fruits and some condiments like butter they didn't bothered to replenished it. The body wash was finished also so we need to call them to replenish. The amenities it was not complete, no facial tissue only toilet paper and no hand towels. First day we used the bathroom, the drainage was clogged it was a big mess because it was flooding all over the bathroom. I asked if there's any pool view, but after a couple of minutes as I insisted she finally confirmed that there is available room. But unfortunately the receptionist Erika told me it was fully booked. When we arrived in the hotel I asked for any room which is ocean view because when I called last two weeks ago from abroad the receptionist told me when we arrive in the hotel inform the receptionist that you want to upgrade the room. I was really disappointed, dissatisfied and regretful about this hotel and the staff. Also close to the paraw sailing meeting point.… The property is also beach front and it’s a short walk to the dock if you want to do the island hopping tour or parasailing. ![]() The massage downstairs was 500pesos/hour and it wasn’t bad. They have live music until 11pm so good luck sleeping early. ![]() The balcony looks so dirty so we didn’t really use it. So one day they didn’t have pool towels from 9am until 3pm, we kept asking for them but none. You’re not allowed to bring your bath towels out. However, they don’t usually have the pool towels. They have an area though to get your own coffee, soup (egg drop), pan de sal / sliced bread, juice and watermelon. It’s a set plate with rice, 1 or 2 slices or tomato and cucumber, either 2 of corned beef, sausage, ham, and chorizo. Paid extra 350pesos/ day each for 2 kids for breakfast. The balcony light was out but the maintenance guy couldn’t fix it that night. We had to call for extra rolls of bath tissue too. They provided 2 tiny bars of soap but didn’t replenish during maid service. The body wash was empty, no lotion provided. We got to the room and saw a dead cockroach in the bathroom. ![]() The FO staff were really friendly especially Jeffrey who showed us our suites, upgraded one of the Yapak suites to Coral and also delivered our bags later.
